MEP Manager with Egis Group / Waagner Biro Bridge Services, based in Dubai, UAE.

Role Purpose
To lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on infrastructure projects, ensuring coordination across teams, compliance with quality and safety standards, and successful project delivery on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Oversight
- Manage and oversee all MEP activities on infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate MEP works with construction, engineering, and client teams.
- Coordinate with utility authorities and consultants.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams.
Technical Review & Compliance
- Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
Testing & Handover
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in MEP infrastructure projects.
- Experience with roads, bridges, utilities, pumping stations, street lighting, drainage, sewerage, and water networks.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management, and authority requirements.
- Experience working on UAE/GCC infrastructure projects is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Additional Information
- Valid UAE Driving License required.
