MEP Construction Manager

Role Overview

MEP Construction Manager at Retal in Saudi Arabia. This role oversees mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems installation across commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring quality execution, schedule adherence, and budget control.

Role Purpose

To supervise and manage MEP subcontractors and vendors throughout installation and commissioning phases while maintaining quality standards, schedule compliance, and budget control across large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate MEP subcontractors and vendors throughout installation and commissioning phases
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with project architects and structural teams for seamless integration

Schedule & Budget Management

• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, preparing weekly reports for senior management

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and Saudi building codes
• Maintain safety standards and site documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Procurement & Logistics

• Manage material procurement, equipment delivery logistics, and inventory on site

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing MEP installations on large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and construction methodologies in the GCC region
