Role Overview
JASARA PMC is seeking a MEP Construction Lead specialized in stadium projects to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities and oversee all MEP works ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in line with project specifications and safety standards.
Role Purpose
Oversee all MEP construction activities for stadium projects, coordinating between design teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of MEP systems while maintaining compliance with codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and manage MEP construction activities specifically for stadium projects.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of MEP systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP construction team.
- Collaborate with project management and other disciplines to ensure overall project success.
Planning & Budgeting
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP construction activities.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to guarantee adherence to specifications.
Monitoring & Risk Management
- Monitor and report progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in MEP construction management, preferably within stadium or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
