Role Overview

Mega Project Operations Leader - Building Automation at Honeywell Technologies, based in Saudi Arabia. Saudi National only. Reports directly to the General Manager for Projects in KSA with frequent travel across the Kingdom.

Honeywell Technologies operates a Projects business focused on building automation and solutions that contribute to the Building Solutions Ecosystem across the Middle East region.

Role Purpose

Lead and manage building automation mega projects across Saudi Arabia, driving innovation and transformation through Honeywell's expertise and technologies to create sustainable and efficient building solutions. Shape regional mega projects by collaborating with government entities, technology partners, and customers to enhance urban sustainability, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Provide leadership and guidance to the program team and develop succession plans for each team member.
• Lead the charge on adequately resourcing the projects in the portfolio and eliminating risk with the project.
• Support the Sales Organization with the growth of the Projects.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government entities, technology partners, and customers, to develop and execute initiatives.
• Influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.

Performance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
• Manage program performance metrics and reporting.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the Projects space.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects of greater than 5 million USD simultaneously.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (valued).
• Experience in a global organization (valued).
• Experience leading program management teams (valued).
