Role Overview
Medical Supplies A Central is seeking a Product Specialist to join the Tamer Group team.
Role Purpose
The Product Specialist will be responsible for supporting product operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring effective product delivery and customer satisfaction across the Medical Supplies A Central portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Support product line development and optimization.
- Manage product inventory and availability.
- Monitor product performance and market trends.
Supplier & Vendor Relations
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate with suppliers on product specifications and delivery schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance and quality standards.
Operations & Logistics
- Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfillment and shipping logistics.
- Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and specifications.
- Provide technical product information and support to customers.
- Resolve product-related issues and complaints.
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile product performance data and sales metrics.
- Report on inventory status and supplier performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
