Role Overview
Mechanical QC Inspector (QC Coordinator) with Archirodon Group N.V, based on a project in the UAE. Archirodon is an international Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor with over fifty years of experience executing complex projects worldwide.

Role Purpose
Support the implementation of quality control procedures and coordinate inspection activities across vendors, contractors, third-party inspectors, and clients. Report directly to the assigned QC Engineer and ensure compliance with project technical specifications, engineering criteria, and inspection requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control & Documentation
- Report directly to the assigned QC Engineer and support the implementation of quality control procedures for vendors documentation.
- Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify quality requirements, engineering criteria, and inspection requirements.
- Prepare ITPs, approved drawings, project specifications, procedures, and inspection reports.
Inspection Management
- Manage RFI/IRN workflows, inspection requests, inspection scheduling, and closing inspection records.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by the QC Engineer or QC Manager.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, TPI agencies, QC Inspectors, and the Client.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors (TPI) and the Procurement Team for vendor-related issues.
- Assist in evaluating, monitoring, and qualifying FAP vendors and sub-vendors.
- Assist in developing quality metric requirements for contractors and vendors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC or inspection coordination, depending on project requirements.
- ADNOC project experience preferred.
