Role Purpose
Ensure exceptional quality and compliance across all mechanical systems on projects through comprehensive inspections, detailed documentation, and rigorous adherence to UAE construction standards and international building codes.
Key Responsibilities
Inspections & Compliance
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components to verify compliance with UAE construction standards and international building codes
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and technical documentation with analysis of findings and recommendations for corrective actions
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards
Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise the installation and testing of mechanical systems throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure transparent communication and adherence to specifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Inspector or similar quality assurance role in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and international building codes
- Professional certification or qualifications in mechanical inspection or related field
