Role Purpose

Supervise mechanical teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain optimal functionality of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems throughout properties.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Team Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical maintenance teams across multiple properties
• Train and develop mechanical staff while maintaining performance standards

Inspections & Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and identify maintenance or repair needs
• Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and equipment procurement

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Saudi building codes and safety regulations

Emergency Response

• Respond promptly to emergency mechanical issues and coordinate emergency repairs

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and HVAC systems
• Proven supervisory or foreman experience in property management or real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of building mechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical connections

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in English required
• Arabic language skills preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
