Role Overview

Role Purpose

Design, analyze, and oversee mechanical systems for residential and commercial property development projects, ensuring all installations meet industry standards and project specifications while collaborating with architects, contractors, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development

• Design and develop mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for property developments
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical drawings and specifications for mechanical components

Compliance and Standards

• Monitor construction phases and ensure compliance with engineering standards and local building codes

Coordination and Optimization

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and maintenance recommendations
• Participate in site inspections and quality assurance activities throughout project lifecycles

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in real estate or construction sectors
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC design, and Saudi Arabian building regulations

• Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools
