Mechanical Engineer (Fresh Graduate) - SMP Opportunity with Saudi Aramco

Role Overview

Mechanical Engineer (Fresh Graduate) position with Saeed Raddad Group, a Saudi Arabia-based Investment Holding Group, located in Abqaiq. This is an SMP (Saeed Raddad Management Program) opportunity with Saudi Aramco.

Role Purpose

To apply foundational Mechanical Engineering knowledge in the design, development, and implementation of engineering principles for large-scale oil and gas projects, while ensuring compliance with project requirements through site inspections, testing, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Technical Execution

• Demonstrate foundational knowledge in designing, developing, and implementing Mechanical Engineering principles for large-scale projects such as oil and gas facilities.
• Exhibit strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering principles related to rotating and static equipment.
• Ensure that engineering design, procurement, construction, and project completion adhere to project contract requirements, including schedule, cost, HSE, and company standards and procedures.

Site Operations and Compliance

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and tests to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Execute construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members through strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction and design principles.
• Knowledge of Project Management, typically acquired through continuing education.

Skills & Competencies

• Foundational Mechanical Engineering principles.
• Expertise in rotating and static equipment.
• Project Management knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
