Role Overview
M&E Coordinator at Radisson Hotel Group. This role supports the Sales Team in delivering the hotel's pro-active sales initiatives and maximizing total revenue.

Role Purpose
To support the smooth running of the sales department by assisting in the delivery of all aspects of the hotel's pro-active sales initiatives while ensuring total revenue is maximized and guest satisfaction is consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Support the smooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the hotel's pro-active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue is maximized.
- Infuse the dynamic Sales Team with a unique blend of ambition, a results-driven approach, and genuine passion for engaging with customers.
Guest Service & Relationships
- Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
Operations & Performance
- Take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with your immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, and that productivity and performance levels are attained.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in sales beneficial but not essential.
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
Skills & Competencies
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
