Role Purpose
Identify and nurture gifted students, coordinate with Mawhiba programs and initiatives, implement enrichment and creative activities, and monitor the progress of high-achieving students in collaboration with teachers and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Identification and Development
- Discover and identify gifted and talented students.
- Nurture student talent and giftedness.
- Monitor the progress and performance of high-achieving students.
Program Coordination and Implementation
- Coordinate with Mawhiba programs and initiatives.
- Implement enrichment programs, scientific activities, and creative activities.
- Execute Mawhiba program initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with teachers to support student development.
- Engage with parents to monitor and support student progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Gifted Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience with the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba), or extensive experience in implementing its programs and initiatives, is required.

- Strong knowledge of gifted student identification programs and enrichment education practices.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong program management skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and educational technologies.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to take responsibility for assigned duties.
