Role Overview
Material Issuance / Parts Tracker in Production at Sunreef Yachts, a luxury yacht builder specializing in bespoke catamarans and multihull superyachts. This role supports the production environment where precision and coordination are essential to keep material flow efficient and accurate.

Role Purpose
This position maintains control of materials, parts, and inventory records across the production process, ensuring teams have the right items at the right time while supporting accurate tracking, reconciliation, and communication across production and inventory-related functions.
Key Responsibilities
Material Issuance & Coordination
- Issue raw materials, components, and spare parts to production according to approved requisitions.
- Verify material quantities and part numbers before issuance.
- Coordinate with production supervisors regarding material requirements and priorities.
Inventory Tracking & Documentation
- Track material consumption and update inventory records in the ERP/system.
- Maintain accurate parts-tracking records throughout the production process.
- Ensure all issued materials are properly documented and recorded.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the procurement or warehouse team.
- Generate reports on material usage, stock movement, and inventory discrepancies.
Reconciliation & Audits
- Perform daily reconciliation of issued, returned, and consumed materials.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on manufacturing sector experience.
- Proven experience accurately reconciling issued, returned, and consumed materials.
- Experience supporting stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Strong accuracy in verifying part numbers and quantities before material issuance.
- Experience coordinating with production supervisors, warehouse teams, and procurement teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Working proficiency in English.
- Experience using Odoo for inventory or material tracking is a plus.
Additional Information
- Availability to work overtime when required.
