Role Overview
Master Technician at Al-Futtaim Automotive, Automall, Dubai. As the workshop's technical expert, you will diagnose complex vehicle issues, mentor technicians, and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards while driving quality and customer satisfaction.

Role Purpose
To serve as the workshop's technical expert on the Automall Used Car Preparation team, diagnosing complex vehicle problems, mentoring technicians, and ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnostics and Repair
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and technical vehicle problems.
- Recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Ensure repairs are completed correctly on the first attempt, minimizing repeat work and customer returns.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical mentorship and troubleshooting guidance to junior and senior technicians.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians effectively.
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate technical findings and repair requirements clearly to Service Advisors, supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
- Coordinate with workshop stakeholders to facilitate efficient repair completion.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance workshop efficiency and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience as a technician with demonstrated expertise in complex vehicle diagnostics and repair.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and automotive systems across multiple vehicle types.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior technicians effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturer service standards and procedures.
