Role Overview
Massage Therapist at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on delivering professional spa treatments and exceptional guest experiences.
Role Purpose
Provide professional massage and body treatments while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that enhance every guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
Treatment Delivery
- Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
Environment & Sanitation
- Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Operations Support
- Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service.
