Role Purpose
To assist in preparing and maintaining masonry work and wall and floor coverings throughout the hotel, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to maintenance needs while delivering professional and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
Masonry & Maintenance
- Assist in preparing and maintaining good indoor and outdoor masonry work, wall and floor coverings in Guest Rooms, Offices, Lobbies, Corridors, Partitions, Elevators, and similar areas using appropriate tools and materials.
- Perform day-to-day routine and preventive maintenance within the hotel.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise.
Operations & Documentation
- Keep an accurate log of work carried out.
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition.

- Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service.
