Role Overview
Marketing Manager – Coffee / Roastery at Burjline Builders, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Full-time position.
Role Purpose
To develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive business growth, and support both B2B client acquisition and consumer market expansion in the Saudi coffee and F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Build brand awareness across the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify new opportunities.
B2B Marketing & Client Relationships
- Develop B2B marketing initiatives and support client acquisition.
- Build relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and corporate clients.
Campaign & Promotional Management
- Manage campaigns, social media, digital marketing, events, and promotions.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Budget & Stakeholder Management
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to achieve business targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in Coffee, Roastery, F&B, or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
- Good network within the coffee, F&B, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
