Role Purpose
Lead all marketing activities for this newly established practice, centralizing and coordinating social media management, content strategy, and external marketing partnerships to boost retail sales and drive event attendance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Write blog posts for the website and social media.
- Identify gaps in content and recommend new topics.
- Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics.
- Create style guides to use as a reference.
- Proofread and edit written pieces before publication.
- Review and update published content as needed.
Social Media & Digital Management
- Organize and centralize all work related to social media management within the facility.
- Schedule social media posts.
- Manage and coordinate with collaborating marketing companies on the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication.
- Monitor web traffic and engagement, including conversions and bounce rates.
Partnership & Collaboration
- Centralize coordination with SEO and social media marketing companies collaborating with us.
- Understand customers' needs to help the SEO company that collaborates with us.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
Events & Business Development
- Organize pet-related events.
- Boost retail sales and event attendance.
Team & Culture
- Work closely with all colleagues and nurture a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
