Role Purpose
As Marketing Manager, you will be the creative and strategic engine behind the launch of a prestigious new international luxury event in Saudi Arabia. You will build the brand's marketing presence from zero, craft its story, and convert it into commercial results, high-value audiences, qualified leads, and revenue support for the sales team. This role balances aesthetic excellence with quantifiable commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Storytelling
- Craft and own the event's brand narrative as a unique, compelling story positioning it as a landmark on the global luxury calendar.
- Ensure every touchpoint—social, digital, print, on-site—reflects a premium, considered aesthetic as the guardian of brand taste.
- Direct creative development across campaigns from concept and art direction through to final output, working with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies.
- Build the brand world: tone of voice, visual language, content style, and the experiences that bring it to life.
Social Media & Organic Marketing
- Own the organic and social strategy end to end: platform selection, content pillars, publishing, and community growth for an ultra-high-end audience.
- Create and oversee content that feels editorial, not promotional, to the standard of luxury publishing.
- Build relationships with tastemakers, influencers, and premium media whose audiences match the event's target market.
- Drive earned visibility through storytelling moments, partnerships, and PR-worthy creative.
Lead Generation & Commercial Performance
- Drive high-quality MQLs for the sales team through inbound marketing, targeted LinkedIn campaigns, and content-led capture, prioritizing quality of lead over volume.
- Own registration and attendance targets for defined audience tiers, with weekly pacing reports against goals.
- Support exhibitor and partnership sales with campaign assets, audience insight, and lead intelligence that helps deals close.
- Balance campaign aesthetics with accountability: every creative decision ultimately serves audience acquisition and revenue.
Audience & Data Build
- Build the audience database from the ground up by identifying, sourcing, and growing a high-value contact base across key international markets.
- Develop a sophisticated segmentation strategy for distinct audience tiers, each requiring a different tone, channel, and approach.
- Manage automated email journeys using Eloqua to nurture a discerning audience with restraint and relevance, prioritizing quality of communication over frequency.
- Provide weekly reporting on audience growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end marketing lifecycle for a launch brand: awareness, desire, and conversion for an invitation-led audience.
- Own full marketing budget management with optimal impact across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Act as marketing liaison with partners, stakeholders, and premium media; negotiate barter and media partnerships that elevate the brand.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the on-site brand experience matches the promise of the campaign.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in brand-led marketing.
- Backgrounds in luxury, hospitality, fashion, automotive, travel, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable experience marketing to high-net-worth or premium audiences, with an understanding of what luxury audiences respond to and what cheapens a brand.
- Proven track record delivering against lead generation, MQL, or acquisition targets.
- Portfolio or track record showing strong creative judgement: campaigns, content, or brand work you shaped, not just managed.
- Events experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience running organic social and content strategies for premium brands.
- Comfort with SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4.
- Experience building or growing audience databases and using marketing automation tools.
- English essential; Arabic and/or French a plus.
