Role Purpose
To support marketing initiatives and office operations while embodying Hilton's core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency. The role ensures timely execution of campaigns and administrative processes that enable the sales and marketing teams to function effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Support marketing initiatives by assisting with proofreading advertising copy, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and coordinating internal projects to ensure timely execution.
Sales Support
- Assist with sales documentation by helping prepare booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to support the sales process.
Office Operations
- Perform daily office operations by providing administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations.
Special Projects
- Support special projects by assisting with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.
