Role Overview
Marketing Executive at Hilton. This role supports the Hotels team in delivering memorable guest experiences through marketing initiatives and administrative operations.
Role Purpose
To support marketing department initiatives and office management while contributing to the hospitality experience that defines Hilton's commitment to guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist with proofreading advertising copy.
- Support marketing campaigns.
- Maintain the department calendar.
- Coordinate internal projects to ensure timely execution.
Sales Documentation
- Help prepare booking reports.
- Assist with contracts and proposals.
- Document client call summaries.
- Support loyalty point postings.
Office Operations
- Provide administrative support including data entry.
- Distribute invoices.
- Maintain recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations.
Special Projects
- Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc assignments as needed.
