Role Purpose

Drive digital marketing initiatives that support project launches, lead generation, and sales pipeline efficiency. Collaborate with sales teams and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and contribute to the company's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management

• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
• Support project launches and various marketing activities across the real estate portfolio.

Lead Management & CRM

• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and monitor the customer journey.
• Coordinate with sales teams to enhance lead conversion and pipeline efficiency.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4.
• Prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi nationality.
• 1–3 years of relevant digital marketing and campaign management experience.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns in Google Ads (Search and Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Experience using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and customer journey.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 for performance tracking and analysis.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and the customer funnel.
• Experience coordinating with sales teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline efficiency.
• Experience marketing real estate projects or working in the real estate industry (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Native proficiency in Arabic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for marketing analysis and reporting.
