Role Overview
Marketing Coordinator at Rentokil Initial, based in Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
Coordinate and execute marketing activities for RentokilBoecker® in Saudi Arabia, including branding, advertising, events, exhibitions, online campaigns, and digital media, while supporting the marketing and communications department's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate RentokilBoecker® marketing activities in Saudi Arabia including branding, advertising, events, exhibitions, online campaigns, and digital media.
- Execute hands-on activities in internal and external events and handle their implementation.
- Coordinate the distribution process of press releases and newsletters to all clients.
Content & Digital Management
- Prepare content for the branch to be posted on social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the Group Marketing and Communications Department on updating the company's website and social media platforms related to branch activities.
Supplier & Materials Management
- Sustain needed inventory level of marketing materials, promotional items, and uniforms.
- Communicate, follow up, and ensure quality output with marketing materials suppliers including printing presses and promotional items.
Stakeholder Communication & Support
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on branding and maintaining RentokilBoecker® image.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational activities of the marketing and communications department ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
