Role Overview
Marketing Coordinator at Napco National.
Role Purpose
Coordinate market research, competitive analysis, and promotional initiatives to sustain and enhance brand positioning, market share, and consumer engagement while supporting product launches and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Coordinate market research projects to develop new insights in order to sustain or improve the development and continuance of brand profile and architecture.
- Initiate competitive product testing including lab analysis and in-use or panel tests.
- Evaluate competitive activities to define gaps and opportunities and devise a suggested action plan.
- Analyze retail audit reports from AC Nielsen and Key Accounts in order to monitor brand market share.
- Track competitive moves and changes and propose corrective actions to meet growth objectives.
- Ensure that product is on target consistent with brand positioning on a monthly basis along with a reporting system.
Product Quality & Compliance
- Follow up with the category team to ensure all CCF are issued.
- Set a monthly meeting with the brand manager to assess and evaluate the quality of the products.
Brand Building & Promotion
- Propose new and innovative promotional tools, online initiatives, marketing events, and PR plans.
- Build strong consumer relationships to achieve brand growth objectives within the allocated budget.
Packaging & Launch Coordination
- Coordinate approved packaging graphics projects working with the creative teams and suppliers.
- Meet set timelines for product launches.
Digital & Social Media
- Involve in social media communication and editorial campaigns on all platforms as per yearly set calendar.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team on social media initiatives.
