Role Purpose
The Marketing Coordinator spreads the light and warmth of hospitality by supporting department initiatives and office management. You deliver memorable experiences that enhance every guest's stay while ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns and efficient team operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist with proofreading advertising copy and supporting marketing campaigns.
- Maintain the department calendar to ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate internal marketing projects and initiatives.
Sales Documentation
- Help prepare booking reports, contracts, and proposals.
- Prepare client call summaries and loyalty point postings to support the sales process.
Office Operations
- Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping.
- Perform daily office operations to ensure efficient team operations.
Special Projects
- Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.
Skills & Competencies
