Role Overview
Market Insights & Business Development Senior Manager at Tamer Group.
Role Purpose
Lead market research, competitive analysis, and business development initiatives to drive strategic growth, identify new market opportunities, and support informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Develop insights from market data to inform strategic planning and business decisions.
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments on an ongoing basis.
Business Development
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with organizational strategy.
- Support the development of business development strategies and market entry plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Present market insights and findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and documentation on market analysis, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Communicate strategic recommendations based on research and analysis.
Strategy Support
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans informed by market intelligence.
- Advise internal teams on market positioning and competitive differentiation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in market research, business development, or strategic planning roles.
- Proven track record of identifying and successfully developing business opportunities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
