Role Overview
ABIS is hiring a Manlift Operator to safely operate aerial work platforms and manlifts at various job sites.
Role Purpose
Maneuver aerial lift equipment to provide safe worker access during construction, maintenance, or inspection tasks. The role demands strict adherence to safety protocols and clear coordination with onsite personnel to enable secure operations at height.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Operate manlift and aerial work platforms to provide access for workers at heights.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on manlift equipment.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and workers to plan safe maneuvering and positioning.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are strictly followed during operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid manlift operator certification or relevant license; SAUDI license preferred.
- Proven experience operating manlifts or aerial work platforms in construction or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and equipment operation procedures.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
