Role Overview

Managing Partner – Tech Recruitment at MaxAccelerate Technology Group. This is a contract and permanent placement recruitment role with a flexible, hybrid, or remote work structure. The position is based in Dubai for the wider group, but the role operates with total flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

MaxAccelerate Technology Group is a fast-growth tech group launching an exciting new recruitment division. The group operates globally with an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking culture and provides full operational support, tools, systems, and mentoring from experienced founders.

Role Purpose

You will launch and lead a new specialist tech recruitment division from the ground up, taking full ownership of building and scaling this high-growth startup unit within the broader MaxAccelerate Technology Group. You will develop and execute business strategy, build high-performing teams, design operational processes, and drive growth across contract and permanent recruitment in high-demand tech markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and execute business strategy across contract and permanent recruitment.
• Drive client acquisition and candidate engagement strategies.
• Identify and expand into high-demand tech markets such as AI, Salesforce, Software Engineering, or other emerging specialisms.
• Take an entrepreneurial approach to owning growth, P&L, and performance metrics.

Leadership & Team Building

• Build and manage high-performing 360 recruitment teams.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership style ready to roll up your sleeves.
• Mentor and develop team members with full backing and investment from day one.

Operations & Process Design

• Design and embed operational processes and recruitment frameworks from scratch.
• Build your own recruitment tech stack and processes as you see fit.
• Experience designing and implementing recruitment processes, systems, and KPIs.

Delivery & Performance

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle delivery, sales development, and candidate delivery.
• Lead internal hiring strategies to support division growth.
• Manage performance metrics and track record of success in revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in tech recruitment (contract and/or permanent placements).
• Proven ability to build and scale 360° recruitment teams from scratch.
• Track record of success in client acquisition, candidate delivery, and revenue growth.
• Previous experience working in a boutique, specialist recruitment agency (for example, Salesforce, ERP, software, or cloud-focused firms).
• Deep understanding of niche market dynamics, service quality, and value-driven client delivery.
• Strong understanding of 360/full-desk recruitment models.

Skills & Competencies

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to launch and grow a new division.
• Commercially driven and confident managing P&L and business development strategy.
• Ability to identify and expand into new verticals or tech practices (for example, AI, Salesforce, Software Engineering).
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with high autonomy and accountability.
• Vision and drive to create something from scratch with resilience to scale it.

Additional Information

• Contract type: Partner-level role within the tech group.
• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission (50% on all personal billings) plus partner equity in both the recruitment division and the wider MaxAccelerate Technology Group.
• Work location: Total flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
• Post-probation investment from the group to fuel division growth once you prove you can build, bill, and lead with an entrepreneurial mindset.
