Role Overview
Manager - Total Rewards, Benefits & Wellbeing at Mastercard. This position is based in the EEMEA (Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa) region and partners with the AP & EEMEA Benefits & Wellbeing leadership to design and deliver best-in-class benefits offerings and ensure statutory compliance across Asia Pacific and EEMEA regions.

Role Purpose
This role leads benefits projects and initiatives for the EEMEA region while providing strategic Total Rewards, Benefits & Wellbeing support to business leaders. The position ensures employee experience is enhanced through compliant, well-designed benefit and wellbeing programs aligned with market practices and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership & Consulting
- Partner with business leaders and People Business Partners to provide Benefits & Wellbeing consulting support across the EEMEA region.
- Serve as the primary Total Rewards contact for the EEMEA region on all benefits and wellbeing related matters.
- Guide stakeholders on existing local benefit plans, perks and allowances.
Program Design & Market Expansion
- Design international employee benefit and wellbeing programs for the EEMEA region.
- Partner in business expansion plans by designing benefits and wellbeing offerings for new markets in the region.
- Develop business cases and recommendations for benefits design enhancements and rebalancing based on market intelligence, employee insights and organizational needs.
Compliance & Regulatory
- Stay informed on legislative developments and support the design of compliant benefits programmes across the EEMEA region.
Employee Engagement & Education
- Enhance employee experience, understanding and utilization of existing benefits and wellbeing offerings in the region through wellbeing summits and education seminars.
Vendor & Delivery Management
- Support vendor selection and contribute to vendor strategy and effectiveness reviews.
- Partner closely with the delivery team to provide design guidance and support for benefits and wellbeing programmes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate on global and regional benefits projects with People Business Partners as needed.
- Support in accomplishing the 5-year benefits roadmap.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of benefits and wellbeing programme design, market practices and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of EEMEA benefits.
- Regional benefits consulting or in-house benefits experience preferred.
- Experience supporting benefits programmes across multiple countries and working effectively within a regional and global matrix environment preferred.
