Role Purpose

Lead strategic planning across the organization, oversee execution of strategic projects, and provide thought leadership to align all work with broader company goals while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Lead the strategic planning process across the organization, working closely with senior leadership to define and articulate the company's vision and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to guide project teams in aligning their work with broader company goals.

Project Execution & Oversight

• Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring that milestones are met and resources are effectively utilized.
• Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Engagement

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.
• Engage with external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring strategic initiatives are responsive to market needs and expectations.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development or oversight, preferably in large-scale projects.
