Role Overview
Manager – Security and Threat at Qiddiya Investment Company, responsible for leading security operations and threat management governance across Qiddiya Workers Villages.
Role Purpose
To prevent, detect, and respond to security threats through disciplined security governance and emergency preparedness.
Key Responsibilities
Governance and Framework Development
- Develop and implement security and threat management frameworks.
- Establish security standard operating procedures.
Operations and Oversight
- Oversee access control, patrols, and CCTV operations.
- Manage contractor performance.
Threat and Risk Management
- Lead threat assessments and vulnerability analyses.
- Maintain threat risk registers and assessments.
- Coordinate intelligence and threat alerts with authorities.
Incident Management
- Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver incident investigation reports.
- Approve corrective security action plans.
Compliance and Training
- Ensure compliance with Saudi security regulations.
- Maintain training and licensing compliance across the team.
Emergency Response and Planning
- Develop emergency and crisis response plans.
- Respond to credible threats by escalating to leadership and authorities.
Performance Monitoring
- Produce security KPI dashboards and reports.
- Monitor security incident rate and response time.
- Track threat assessment completion rate.
- Monitor access control compliance rate.
- Track training and licensing compliance rate.
- Track audit non-conformance rate.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in security and threat management.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
