Manager - QC Social Media

Role Overview

Manager - QC Social Media at Qiddiya Investment Company. This role oversees quality control processes across all social media channels to ensure content meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and alignment with the brand's voice and guidelines.

Role Purpose

Maintain Qiddiya's online reputation and brand integrity by establishing and enforcing quality control standards across all social media content and campaigns, working closely with content creators, social media specialists, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Standards

• Establish and maintain quality control standards for all social media content and campaigns.
• Review and approve social media materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media channels for quality assurance and adherence to company policies.

Content Review & Governance

• Identify and address any issues related to misinformation, inappropriate content, or brand misrepresentation.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to provide feedback and guidance on content improvement.

Process Development & Implementation

• Develop and implement processes and tools for effective quality control in social media content production.

Team Leadership & Development

• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track and report on quality metrics to senior management and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, quality control, or content review roles.
• Experience developing and implementing quality control processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong editorial skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and work collaboratively with creative teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
