Role Purpose

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and portfolios, translating business needs into executable initiatives. Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities, establish robust governance and reporting frameworks, and support sustainable organizational change aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Insights

• Analyze operational, customer, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable recommendations to support business performance and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance insights to support effective decision-making.

Portfolio & Program Management

• Maintain oversight of a portfolio of operations and customer-related projects, ensuring progress, risks, issues, and dependencies are effectively monitored and managed.
• Lead selected cross-functional projects end-to-end, from problem identification and analysis through planning, governance, delivery, and benefits realization.
• Monitor project and portfolio performance to ensure milestones, deliverables, and objectives are achieved in line with agreed expectations.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and support the delivery of sustainable change.
• Communicate key insights, project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support timely decision-making.
• Support the implementation of change initiatives to ensure successful adoption and realization of intended outcomes.

Governance & Planning

• Support the development of business cases and cost-benefit assessments to evaluate proposed initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement frameworks for assigned initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project governance, reporting standards, and business improvement methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or above (vocational certificate, Bachelor Degree, or Master Degree).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field, of which 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in airline operations.
• Project management qualification (PMP, APM, or PMI membership) or proven knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile Project Management) is preferred.
