Role Overview

Manager Leasing - Retail at Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, approximately 50 miles from Dubai International Airport.

Company Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, opening in 2027. The resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, a beach club, multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Role Purpose

Serve as the primary operational contact for leased-store tenants throughout pre-opening and ongoing operations, ensuring tenant readiness, lease compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with Wynn brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Opening & Readiness

• Lead tenant opening readiness through coordination of access, permits, inspections, staffing, training, systems, deliveries, merchandising, and operational approvals.

Compliance & Inspections

• Monitor compliance with lease obligations, property rules, operating hours, brand standards, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular store inspections and operational reviews, document deficiencies, and follow through on corrective actions with tenants and internal teams.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with Security, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other resort departments to resolve tenant operational matters.
• Manage tenant communications, service requests, incident follow-up, access requirements, deliveries, and operational escalations in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate operational records, tenant contacts, approvals, compliance documentation, incident logs, and critical action trackers.

Performance & Reporting

• Track store performance, operating compliance, guest feedback, incidents, and outstanding actions; provide concise reports and recommendations to senior management.

Tenant Engagement & Growth

• Support tenant participation in resort promotions, events, VIP initiatives, and cross-property programs that drive traffic, conversion, and guest engagement.
• Ensure tenant teams understand the resort's amenities, guest-service standards, and available tenant services, and encourage effective use of these resources to support each store's commercial performance.

Brand & Relationship Management

• Represent the property and the Wynn brand, building productive tenant relationships and ensuring leased stores operate harmoniously within the integrated resort.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• RICS or similar certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in leasing or property management.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, real estate laws, and retail leasing practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in lease administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
