Manager Land Acquisition

Role Overview

Manager Land Acquisition at HILL International. The role is based in KSA and supports land acquisition strategy aligned with overall Land Management function and project delivery.

Role Purpose

Develop and execute land acquisition plans aligned with Land Management strategy. Coordinate with client land departments, government authorities, and key stakeholders to facilitate approvals and resolve land-related matters. Support legal document drafting and review, and provide progress reporting to enable timely decision-making and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Land Acquisition Planning & Strategy

• Develop and manage a land acquisition plan to achieve the strategy of the Land Management Function.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with the client's land acquisition department.
• Coordinate closely with government authorities and key stakeholders to facilitate approvals and resolve land-related matters.

Legal Documentation

• Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents including NDAs, MOUs, and MOMs.

Reporting & Issue Management

• Maintain progress reports to keep decision makers updated on findings.
• Identify early and track ongoing development of any issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management or equivalent.
• Total professional experience of 15 years in KSA.
• Ideally 5 years of experience in Railway projects.
• Arabic speaker.
• Experience in handling all levels of authorities, stakeholders and government entities.
