Role Purpose

Define and communicate all financial topics—cost and revenue for TSA and on-demand services—while protecting Thales in front of clients and providers. The Service Manager will advise on legal and finance matters, identify and mitigate risks, and manage vendor and provider relationships across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Commercial Strategy

• Define provider finance and legal strategy for the program.
• Advise on a wide spectrum of duties related to legal and finance matters, including reviewing, negotiating commercial contracts, and related financial duties for transition services agreements at global level.
• Manage commercial matters and provide guidance on financial implications across projects.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Work closely with the Program Director to identify areas of legal risk and mitigate those risks effectively on all projects and matters undertaken.
• Raise risks on program based on program evaluation and scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with changes in laws and regulations.
• Control and evaluate the program.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Manage, liaise and instruct external counsels on consulting, IS/IT and strategic matters.
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Work closely with Group Corporate functions.

Operations & Administration

• Perform other day-to-day business, finance and legal affairs-related tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Professional qualifications in Legal and Finance.
• Significant experience in drafting, negotiating and/or advising on two or more of the following practice areas: Transactional Operations, Corporate M&A, and Corporate Finance.
• Solid experience in commercial matters in legal practice or in an in-house legal role.
