Role Overview
Manager - Integration RBWM (1 year Contract Role) at Emirates NBD, based in the UAE. This role supports integration business propositions by driving business assessment, integration planning, governance, stakeholder alignment and execution of strategic initiatives with overall operational strategy.

Role Purpose
To support integration business propositions by driving business assessment, integration planning, governance, stakeholder alignment and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with overall operational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Planning & Execution
- Develop integration plans, identify milestones and manage workstreams.
- Conduct workshops and collect business information to perform gap analysis.
- Execute gap analysis, obtain areas of opportunities and enable desired outputs.
- Map current product approval processes running in RBL and gather and analyze product backlog and enhancement items.
- Gather inputs on systems and platforms used by RBL currently to eliminate duplication and conflict of interest.
Business Assessment & Analysis
- Analyze retail products, identify overlaps and recommend rationalization opportunities.
- Conduct pricing review and competition benchmarking.
- Execute strategy campaigns and business cases with focus on identifying revenue, cost and operational synergy opportunities.
- Identify innovative opportunities for Digital and STP products.
Governance & Regulatory Management
- Manage BAU flow activity and periodic reviews to enable achievement of state completion.
- Manage existing regulatory requirements currently running and in pipeline.
- To be fully aware of all policies relating to operational and market risk.
- Identify and capture operational, technical and regulatory controls.
Risk & Compliance
- Responsible for assessing product risk, reputation risk and product suitability by deploying global best practices.
- Identify integration risks, dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
- Highlight cyber security controls, audit findings and data privacy risks.
- Escalate any delivery risks and blockers to minimize delays.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage key relationships and coordinate with business heads, technology units, operations, risk and external stakeholders.
- Engagement with external stakeholders for process mapping and reconciliation related matters.
- Incorporate details of requirements from all stakeholders regarding proposed changes and projects.
- Resolve conflicting business priorities between ENBD and RBL with timely executive decisions and program alignment focused on highest-value initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare dashboards, RAID logs, executive updates presentations, decision matrices and other required MIS reports for analytical review of the portfolio.
- Serve executive leadership members with analytical insights.
- Track actions and coordinate teams.
Technology & Operations
- Understand technology landscapes with respect to application catalogues, architecture catalogues and interdependencies.
- Ongoing review and enhancement of existing setup to maximize efficiency and quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification.
- Agile Certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale transformation, change management or integration programs.
- Strong Retail Banking experience with exposure to Cards, Loans and Liabilities products.
- Proven track record in delivering complex business, technology or operational transformation initiatives.
- Experience in merger and acquisition (M&A) integration programs.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products, including Cards, Loans, Liabilities and related banking services.
- Experience in Business Transformation, Digital Banking and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Expertise in RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) Management and governance frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Power BI.

- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven Program Management experience, including planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Strong Executive Reporting skills with the ability to present concise and impactful updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, business leaders, external partners and senior executives.
