Role Purpose

You will contribute to financial strategy by supporting planning processes and delivering actionable insights that guide the company's decision-making. You will create comprehensive financial plans, conduct forecasting processes, and analyze performance metrics to ensure Qiddiya meets its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Forecasting

• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets align with overall strategic goals of the organization.
• Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and long-term financial strategies.

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Perform detailed variance analysis to evaluate monthly and quarterly performance against forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to provide clarity on financial performance and support decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with department managers to develop robust financial plans that support business operations and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure financial alignment and drive execution of strategic initiatives.

Governance and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and practices to enhance Qiddiya's financial strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar field, ideally within large-scale projects or the entertainment sector.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
