Manager - Finance (Supply Chain)

Role Overview

Manager - Finance (Supply Chain) at Landmark Group. The role supervises the entire Finance function for Group Supply Chain, encompassing governance for home and ecommerce, capital expenditure including large tech investments, and sea freight.

Role Purpose

Consolidate finance activities across Group Supply Chain operations, bringing greater stability and control to financial governance, reporting, and cost optimization across home, ecommerce, capital projects, and sea freight functions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Investment

• Formulate and review long-term investment plans for return on investment, payback periods, and cash flows.
• Evaluate investment justifications using technical knowledge.
• Prepare budgets and financial models incorporating key supply chain metrics and performance drivers.
• Track capital and operating expenditure actuals and provide financial insights.

Cost Optimization & Performance

• Conduct reviews for cost optimization initiatives aligned with business targets.
• Establish and monitor appropriate control mechanisms in processes and related frameworks.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Explore automation opportunities for management information systems, reconciliations, and other financial computations.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with internal clients including departments, brands, and retail divisions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 to 7 years of work experience in supply chain, finance, or projects.
• Business experience is a value add.

Additional Information

• This role replaces an existing Finance Manager (B9) who is moving internally within the group.
