Role Overview
Manager Finance II at CAE. This role leads and oversees core finance functions, ensures compliance with international financial standards, and supports strategic decision-making across financial operations, reporting, controls, and a team of finance professionals.

Role Purpose
The Finance Manager is responsible for managing financial operations, leading finance teams, maintaining internal controls and compliance, and partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance through strategic financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Develop financial plans, strategies, and policies.
- Manage financial modelling and exposure to complex financial analysis.
Operations & Controls
- Plan, organize, and manage finance operations including treasury, corporate finance, M&A, and risk management.
- Maintain accounting, reporting policies, and internal controls.
- Manage treasury activities and cash flow.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax.
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze and present financial results to support decision-making.
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Oversee monthly closing processes.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including managerial responsibility.
- CPA (USA) or Chartered Accountant (India) qualification.
- Strong knowledge of international financial and regulatory standards.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
- Exposure to treasury operations and financial modelling.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance systems such as Hyperion and Oracle.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
Additional Information
