Manager - Co-Brand Cards

Role Overview

Manager - Co-Brand Cards at ADIB, located in Dubai.

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for product development and product management of Co-Brand cards and co-brand partner relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Design

• Conduct new product design and development within the co-brand card space.
• Undertake product development and enhancements of new and existing Co-Brand card products.
• Provide support relating to product, market trends, customer needs and competition products.

Strategy & Growth

• Execute marketing plans and strategies to drive business growth and meet business targets.
• Execute acquisition campaigns, spend campaigns and promotions to grow the co-brand portfolio.

Market Analysis & Insights

• Conduct regular review on market trends and competitor activities.
• Conduct data and market study providing effective analysis and suggestions for business and product improvement.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor, analyze and track product performance towards optimization.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Manage the relationship with Co-Brand partners as the primary contact point for the Bank.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Card Operations, Sharia, Information Technology, Compliance, Legal and CPR teams.

Compliance & Control

• Ensure strict compliance with Bank processes, internal and external control, compliance, and any other related requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
• 5 years relevant experience in cards product or portfolio management roles.

Skills & Competencies

• Good planning, multitasking, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Additional Information

• Willingness to travel within UAE for business purposes.
