Role Overview
Manager Business Analysis at Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi. This role contributes to the analytics transformation of the Operations division, building reports and dashboards to convert data into competitive advantage across the airline.

Role Purpose
Transform Etihad's Operations division through high-quality business intelligence and reporting. Leverage vast amounts of airline data to deliver insights and dashboards that drive cost savings, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making across multiple operational units.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting
- Drive cost savings and efficiency by developing reports and dashboards that provide business insights and equip the division with necessary data for day-to-day operations.
- Monitor the suite of reports and dashboards and provide monthly reports and actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Communicate and present insights to relevant stakeholders.
Process Enhancement & Strategy
- Research and propose ways to enhance existing business processes by effectively utilizing advanced analytical solutions.
Systems & Delivery
- Manage user acceptance testing and roll-out of new systems and upgrades of existing ones to ensure delivery of requirements as per business needs without severe defects or bugs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or data science.
- 5+ years of relevant experience designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards.
- Experience with SQL is required.
- Experience using GitHub or similar tools for code management.
- Experience within the aviation or travel industry in operational areas is preferred.
- Experience in digital or analytics-related roles in the airline industry is desirable.
