Role Overview
Manager – Asset Infrastructure Design at Qiddiya Investment Company. The role leads the design, governance, and strategic planning of Qiddiya's IT infrastructure assets, ensuring secure, scalable, and future-ready technology solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
Role Purpose
The Manager – Asset Infrastructure Design is responsible for leading the design, governance, and strategic planning of IT infrastructure assets while collaborating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to deliver infrastructure designs aligned with Qiddiya's technology strategy, enterprise standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Design
- Lead the planning, design, and governance of IT infrastructure and technology assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
Vendor & Performance Management
- Manage vendor delivery, resolve complex technical and design challenges, ensure compliance with security standards, and oversee infrastructure quality and performance.
Strategy & Governance
- Drive technology strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement while acting as the key stakeholder for cross-functional initiatives, project governance, budgeting, and resource planning.
Team Leadership
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the infrastructure design team, ensuring successful delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related field.
