Role Overview

Management Trainee Program 2025-2026 at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Abu Dhabi. This is an 18 to 24-month structured development initiative for UAE Nationals preparing for critical middle management roles at AVP/Director level.

Role Purpose

Prepare high-potential UAE Nationals for middle management leadership through a combination of formal leadership training, international certifications, hands-on project delivery, cross-functional rotations, and mentored development.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Development

• Participate in leadership and management training programs with internationally recognized certifications.

Project Delivery

• Deliver outcomes on critical projects impacting organizational growth.
• Complete a capstone project and present findings to senior management.

Rotation & Exposure

• Engage in cross-functional rotations and international secondments.

Collaboration & Mentoring

• Collaborate with mentors and global teams to achieve program milestones.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Graduated between 2023–2026.
• Minimum GPA of 3.7.
• Eligible majors: Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Corporate Law, Financial Technology, Finance & Accounting, Economics, System Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Analytics.
