Role Purpose

Spa Specialists support vital Spa functions by building memorable and unique guest experiences. The role encompasses a wide range of services including spa promotion, retail sales, reservation scheduling, guest check-in, and payment processing to ensure transactions feel integrated into the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Delivery

• Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their spa experience.
• Build experiences that are memorable and unique with spa services.
• Take the initiative to support guest satisfaction across all interactions.

Reservation & Administrative Management

• Schedule reservations and confirm appointments using reservation software.
• Check in guests and process payments.
• Read and visually verify information in reservation software systems.

Sales & Promotion

• Promote spa services to guests.
• Promote retail offerings.
• Provide answers about spa services to guests.

Workplace Standards

• Create a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Additional Information

• Position requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces required.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
