Role Overview

Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Monitor asset health using real-time condition data and predictive analytics to optimize maintenance scheduling, prevent unplanned downtime, and extend equipment life through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Condition Monitoring & Analysis

• Continuously monitor asset health using real-time condition data, sensors, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze condition-monitoring results to assess operational status and identify emerging degradation trends.

Predictive Maintenance Planning

• Predict optimal maintenance windows by applying predictive-analytics techniques including vibration, thermography, and oil analysis.
• Schedule and coordinate corrective maintenance activities at predicted intervals to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Prioritize maintenance resources based on asset criticality, condition severity, and cost-benefit considerations.

Performance Optimization & Reporting

• Track maintenance effectiveness and adjust predictive models to improve accuracy and extend asset life.
• Report insights and recommendations to operations and reliability teams to support data-driven decision-making.
