MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Role Overview

Maintenance Technician at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Support machinery operations and maintenance initiatives by performing preventive maintenance, identifying safety improvements, and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Assist maintenance team during machinery project execution.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines upon request.
• Report to the Maintenance Team Leader any difficulty or problem encountered during an operation.

Safety & Compliance

• Suggest enhancements or modifications to improve safety measures.
• Comply with safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
• Participate in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions, including development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the occupational health and safety management system.

Leadership & Instruction

• Follow the instructions of the Maintenance Team Leader.
