Role Purpose

As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in ensuring the property delivers an experience beyond expectation and creates memorable moments for guests. You will supervise Maintenance Assistants and lead by example as a master multitasker and fixer, working proactively to ensure guest satisfaction, health and safety compliance, and the smooth running of the property maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations

• Supervise Maintenance Assistants and lead by example.
• Fix and maintain all building systems and equipment to ensure everything works as it should.
• Work proactively to keep the hotel looking top notch.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Guest Experience & Compliance

• Ensure guest satisfaction through reliable maintenance service delivery.
• Maintain health and safety compliance across the property.
• Work to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
