MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Role Overview

Maintenance Technician at Napco National. This position is for Co-op Saudi National only.

Role Purpose

Execute repair, preventive maintenance, and calibration tasks to restore and maintain machine functionality, ensure accurate documentation of all work performed, and support production operations through timely troubleshooting and equipment care.

Key Responsibilities

Repair & Troubleshooting

• Receive Repair Request tasks from Maintenance Team Leader and carry out repair activities in accordance with Work Instructions and Machine Manuals to restore machines to adequate working condition.
• Seek Lead Technician or Team Leader assistance in troubleshooting breakdowns as needed.

Spare Parts Management

• Request Spare Parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form and relay the request to Maintenance Team Leader for pre-approval to ensure adequate spare part consumption.

Maintenance & Preventive Care

• Receive Scheduled and Preventive Maintenance tasks from Maintenance Team Leader and carry out activities according to set checklists.
• Highlight any new findings for further scheduling.
• Carry out In-house Calibration tasks based on Maintenance Team Leader instructions and according to set Calibration Work Instructions.

Documentation & Approval

• Upon repair completion, write the Finishing Time, task description, any pending tasks, and newly discovered findings on the Repair Request Form to document records.
• Seek Production Team Leader feedback and approval on the Repair Request Form prior to submitting it to Maintenance Team Leader to ensure Production satisfaction on the performed task.

Housekeeping & 5S

• Upon repair completion, clean the working area according to Post Maintenance Cleaning Work Instructions to return the area clean and free from any work residues.
• Assume 5S duties according to the set 5S plan to enhance working conditions.
