MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Role Overview

Maintenance Technician at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Receive and execute repair requests from the production and maintenance team leader, restore machines to adequate working condition following established procedures and manuals, and document all work completion and findings.

Key Responsibilities

Repair Execution

• Receive repair request tasks from the production/maintenance team leader.
• Carry out repair activities in accordance with set procedures, Work Instructions (WI), and Machine Manuals.
• Execute repair tasks to restore machines to adequate working condition.
• Seek Maintenance/Production Team Leader assistance in troubleshooting breakdowns upon need.

Materials & Resources

• Request spare parts using the Spare Parts Requisition Form from the store keeper.

Facility Maintenance

• Clean the working area following repair completion in order to handle back the area clean and free from any work residues.

Reporting & Documentation

• Write the finishing time and task description upon repair completion on the maintenance daily report.
• Document any pending tasks or newly discovered findings on the maintenance daily report.
• Relay the completed maintenance daily report to the maintenance lead technician or maintenance team leader.
